About Our chef and founder

Chef Bio

Chef Timothy Reardon, CRC trained at the highly revered Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. He then made his way down the Hudson Valley to New York City and landed in the kitchens of famed French Chef Daniel Boulud, first at Cafe Boulud and then at Michelin 3 star Restaurant Daniel. Later, he worked for world renowned Chef Joel Robuchon at the 2 Michelin star L'atelier Joel Robuchon in the Four Seasons’ flagship 57th st. New York City property. 


Chef Tim earned two stars from the New York Times as the Chef de Cuisine of Upper West Side favorite Nice Matin. He then took the role as the Executive Chef at Barbounia in Gramercy where he received critical acclaim for his brand of French-Mediterranean cuisine with accents of Asia and the Middle East.


Chef Tim has worked with and represented major national and global brands and has crafted unique and notable culinary brand presence at major events such as The Aspen Food and Wine Classic and The Sundance Film Festival. Chef Tim has authored numerous published recipes and appeared in PBS's series "Moveable Feast" by Fine Cooking magazine. 


Chef Tim is a Certified Research Chef with the Research Chefs Association.
