About Our chef and founder

Chef Bio

Chef Timothy Reardon, CRC is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He began his career in New York City under the guidance of renowned French Chef Daniel Boulud, working at Café Boulud before moving to the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Daniel. He also trained under the legendary Chef Joël Robuchon at the two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, located in the flagship Four Seasons Hotel on 57th Street.


Chef Tim was the Executive Sous Chef on the opening team at A Voce, awarded a Michelin star for its innovative Italian cuisine. As Chef de Cuisine at Nice Matin, a beloved Upper West Side destination, Chef Tim earned two stars from The New York Times. He later served as Executive Chef at Barbounia in Gramercy, where his distinctive approach to French-Mediterranean cuisine garnered critical acclaim.


Beyond the restaurant scene, Chef Tim has collaborated with leading national and global brands, creating unique culinary experiences at major events such as The Aspen Food & Wine Classic and The Sundance Film Festival. His expertise extends to published recipes, and he has been featured on Movable Feast, the acclaimed PBS series produced by Fine Cooking magazine.


A Certified Research Chef with the Research Chefs Association, Chef Tim continues to push the boundaries of culinary innovation, blending tradition with modern creativity.
